As autumn is officially here, the old red jeggings are out of the depths of my wardrobe for an intense splash of colour. I just feel like you have to bring some colour into your outfit at this time of the year.  That edge I am standing on sometimes is a incredibly thin line and I can very easily fall into the not so little black dress deep end. So you just have to mix it up a little bit!
Oh and the bag story... Yes, I did get another bag. I went onto this black high waisted jeans hunt and ended up not finding a pair that would satisfy my expectations or simply not being able to find the right size. Tall people do struggle, believe me. Then I decided to get a new pair of shoes with a result being an unsatisfactory. So I ended up going through piles and piles of handbags in TK MAXX and spoiling myself with this green Fiorelli beauty. And the most ironic thing is - I don't even like green. However, I fell in love with this handbag in an instant and just could not say no to its call.
And of course, it would not be me without some lace... I am quite predictable, to be honest with you!

Remember those days, when you open your exploding wardrobe and think "I have nothing to wear"? You try so many different variations that afterwards the only thoughts in your head are the ones discouraging you to even leave the house and the whole getting ready process turns into a workout of jumping in and out of jeans and buttoning shirts up in a speed of light... Yeah, I've been there, done that... that just happens too often... We could call it girl problems or first world problems as these are such superficial aspects, but not finding the right outfits can really ruin your day (saying from my personal opinion) and no one wants to appear grumpy in public. So, I had one of those days, just yesterday. At the end of the I ended up buying a new piece of clothing as I felt like it just had to be done to make it all better. Shopping is a therapy, I have said this before and am strongly all the way in into this idea - I mean my bank account hates these days, but my inner diva ravishes in these shopping sprees!

So, this lookbook is a result of a small 'nothing to wear' crisis when I ended up in Zara looking for a new shirt. I am in love with those stripes! And the material is absolutely amazing!

Last weekend I had a pleasure of being a part of a fabulous wedding ceremony of my beloved friend in Edinburgh. I was asked to be a bridesmaids a few months ago and as traditionally had a dress picked out for me. With time going by I was getting more and more excited about the wedding and brainstorming what kind of shoes I was going to wear, what hairstyle and make up I should match with my beautiful toffee dress and what kind of accessories could accompany me down the aisle.
Having only a week left to the upcoming celebration of love I had to hurry up and get ready for it! And so I did! The whole afternoon was amazing: it was incredibly sunny and warm (which is quite unusual for this area of the world), I truly felt like a princess with my long peachy dress, glamorous heels and a sparkly clutch, hugging a bouquet with ivory roses and peonies (yes! We had peonies! Should have seen my happy face when I was given my bouquet). I was given so many compliments that as a real woman, was loving everyone and everything! And a 2 year old flower girl was just too cute!
