Last weekend I had a pleasure of being a part of a fabulous wedding ceremony of my beloved friend in Edinburgh. I was asked to be a bridesmaids a few months ago and as traditionally had a dress picked out for me. With time going by I was getting more and more excited about the wedding and brainstorming what kind of shoes I was going to wear, what hairstyle and make up I should match with my beautiful toffee dress and what kind of accessories could accompany me down the aisle.
Having only a week left to the upcoming celebration of love I had to hurry up and get ready for it! And so I did! The whole afternoon was amazing: it was incredibly sunny and warm (which is quite unusual for this area of the world), I truly felt like a princess with my long peachy dress, glamorous heels and a sparkly clutch, hugging a bouquet with ivory roses and peonies (yes! We had peonies! Should have seen my happy face when I was given my bouquet). I was given so many compliments that as a real woman, was loving everyone and everything! And a 2 year old flower girl was just too cute!
